With system installation and integration, experience counts. CSS personnel are highly trained, system certified and have completed hundreds of successful projects. Today's systems require an intricate understanding of networks and IP communications. Some systems need to be equipped with RAID hardware, be fault tolerant, and in some cases, designed with hot redundancy.

CSS' experience comes through; not only with system designs, but in working with the client's IT group in setting up the parameters.
Experience is paramount in dealing with the various entities involved in completing a project on time and within budget. The construction manager, architect, electrician, hardware supplier, all have a part in the endeavor. CSS works to coordinate with each party and when issues arise, seeks solutions.

Knowing the systems well leads to effective client training. Our project managers provide detailed instruction on the day to day operation of all the systems CSS offers. This training surpasses the end of the project.

The CSS team is always available as changes in personnel or upgrades of the systems necessitates refresher courses. If more detailed training is required, CSS can arrange training provided directly from the manufacturer.
